Nuxe Men Multi-Purpose Eye Cream

This is another one of my Pharmacy pick ups, after I spotted the Nuxe sign in the window and was tempted inside for a look. I didn’t actually realise the Nuxe had a dedicated Men’s line, and other than trying their dry oil, had never really explored the brand much further than that. I was also shocked to see the price difference in Spain in comparison to the UK, it’s so much cheaper! I picked this up for 16€ (£12.50) as opposed to £21.94 at Amazon.co.uk.

I will be really honest, I’m not that disciplined when it comes to eye care, it’s something that I overlook in the morning and then regret not doing in the afternoon / early evening as my eyes begin to tighten and dry out. I’ve really made the effort with this though and I’ve seen and felt some great differences. Firstly towards the afternoon, my eyes don’t feel tight, dry or irritated. Secondly, I’ve seen a big difference in the brightness and texture of the skin as my dark circles have gradually reduced.

You only need to use a tiny amount, about the size of a grain of rice should cover both eyes. Don’t rub it into the eye-area, pat a small amount in just below it, over whats’ called the orbital bone. The skin here acts like blotting paper, allowing the moisture to spread and sink in of it’s own accord meaning that you really don’t need to, and shouldn’t, smear loads of thick product over the top.

Ingredients wise, there’s caffeine to reduce inflammation and refine skin’s texture. Hyaluronic Acid, which a powerful humectant helps bond moisture to skin cells, preventing moisturisers from sitting on the surface of the skin. Finally Vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate) and Araucaria extract work as natural anti-oxidants and environmental protectors.

Thanks to my mother, I get incredibly sensitive eyes that are intolerant to a whole number of creams, resulting in stinging and itching and therefore have to be very careful with products that I use. I really recommend trying this as not only did it not sting, it calmed and soothed the whole eye-area. This is a great product with some very soothing and calming natural ingredients and in my opinion, definitely worth a try.

Nuxe Men Multi-Purpose Eye Cream at a better price of £15.50/15ml at Salon Skincare

What a shame, I suppose it’s always the case that different things work for different people!

Haha I know! I’m very lazy at times! People in beauty are the worst for not following their own advice! ;)

This sounds good! The price difference is great too. I’m quite religious with my eye care, I’m the wrong side of 30 now to let things slip ;)
