Yves Rocher Summer Spree

Why aren’t there more Yves Rocher shops in the UK!? It drives me nuts there’s only one in the whole country in Marylebone, London Central. If you’re not familiar with the brand, they’re a very comfortable cross between The Body Shop and Avon. Their products are wildly underrated, providing excellent efficacy, with good formulations and natural ingredients – topped off with excellent prices.

Clinique For Men Maximum Hydrator Activated Water-Gel Concentrate Reviewed

Released in the core Clinique collection as the pink-coral coloured Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate, the new Clinique For Men Maximum Hydrator Activated Water-Gel Concentrate (phew) is what I’d describe as a ‘heavy gel’ for normal/combination skin types. The two are basically identical and fragrance free and although this fits very nicely into the Clinique For Men family, I’d definitely check out other Clinique Moisture Surge products for hydration boosting.

I have become an almighty fragrance snob and it’s bad, bad form – I’m not like that with skincare, so why fragrance? Just because a fragrance doesn’t come from a niche boutique or formulated with moss from the west valleys of the Tibetan Plateau, doesn’t mean it isn’t worthy of praise. Armani Code are those fragrances that aren’t particularly daring but at least two of them are bloomin’ gorgeous.
