I love this fragrance and I’m not ashamed to admit it. LYNX Black, created by the same developer as CK One and Marc Jacobs Bang, Ann Gottlieb, this fruity, cool and sophisticated fragrance will truly surprise you – you’d never expect that what it leaves on your skin comes from an aerosol.
With 4 new products, LYNX Black is aimed at the 20+ market; those that grew up looking through a haze of ‘Africa’ aerosol fog in the school changing rooms after P.E.
There’s a hair & body wash; 48-hour deodorant; hair clay (medium hold) and obviously, the body spray. The whole grooming range is classy from start to finish; the packaging is gorgeous and the products are genuinely worth checking out. Even their new ad campaign for LYNX Black, featuring a beautiful cover by NOVO AMOR of ‘Welcome to The Jungle’ by Guns N’ Roses, is oozing with class and a good watch – no scantily clad women falling from the sky here (although I did used to find those ads pretty amusing!).
On the theme of LYNX Black – Understated Style; LYNX have challenged me to discover understated style for myself.
Tomorrow, I’ll share the post of my visit of discovery which I think you’ll love! I have a friend who owns a factory where they make something very understated and definitely very stylish, but that’s all you’re getting for now; you’ll just have to wait and see!
