Clinique Skin Supplies For Men Dark Spot Corrector Week 2

As promised, this is my two week update with using Clinique Skin Supplies For Men Dark Spot Corrector. I’ve been using it religiously, twice a day coupled with a good, solid skin care regime.

I’m using a La Roche–Posay three step – a facial wash, astringent and oil free moisturiser. Over the top I apply Clinique Skin Supplies For Men Dark Spot Corrector and then finished off with REN Photoactive Sun Veil SPF 15. At night I follow the same process, however I replace REN Photoactive Sun Veil with Clinique Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturiser. I use this because it increases skin cell turnover and will help to increase the effects of the serum, shedding away the pigmented cells faster.

Above are two photos of my left eye, the top from when I started and the second taken yesterday. Now, these photos have not been taken using a dermatological imager but with my digital camera, then processed through photoshop in an almost identical process, however, lighting conditions and angles will not make this comparison 100% accurate, but fairly close. If you notice in the circle, this is the area I’ve chosen to focus on as it’s the most obvious patch of hyperpigmentation.

Through these photos, we might not be able to see subtle fades and colour changes in the pigmentation but we will be able to see it begin to break down over time, and the shape should change. At the moment, there is no real change, but this is to be expected as I’ve only been trialling the product for 2 weeks. What I have noticed however is that my skin appears smoother and feels softer to the touch, now, as the other skin care I’m using is exactly the same as before I started with Clinique Skin Supplies For Men Dark Spot Corrector, I can only put it down to the serum itself.

My next update will be in another 2 weeks time with more pictures and information on my progress. To join me on this, you can pick Dark Spot Corrector up here at John Lewis for £39.50. Keep me updated with how you get on!
